It’s the “Vision Thing”

Whenever you start a new venture, you have to have a vision of where you want to be in one, three or five years. It is this vision that sustains you through all the uncertainty of the beginning, and gives you the courage to keep doing the right thing as you lay the foundations for success.

We are fortunate in Zurvita to have someone like founder and president Mark Jarvis, who can lay out the vision for us clearly, and share with us not only the foundation but the plans and structure of what we are building. Mark has likened this to building your dream home for your family.

First, you have the concrete slab that is the foundation. It is not someplace you would want to or even could live in. But you have the architect’s rendering of the final product, you have the plans and the contractors showing up every day. So you know what you are going to get when it is done.

As you watch your dream unfold, you all get to share in the joy and wonderment as each truss is raised, as each nail is hammered and as each coat of paint is applied. Before too long, it becomes something you can live in and something to be proud of.

This is a vision shared by Zurvita reps and leaders, from corporate, all the way down to the last sales rep signed today. It is a faith in the plan and a faith in the direction and a faith in the core principles that started you on the venture, that makes you want to share it with others.
