About the Ameriplan Injunction
Isn’t it about time that SOMEONE actually mentioned the fact that the Judge in Texas overturned Ameriplan’s TRO against Zurvita? I am not going to comment on the why’s and wherefor’s of the injunction except to say it has been lifted.
In any case, all this crap floating around from Ameriplan reps talking trash about Zurvita has to stop. All the so -called MLM experts who have blogs and sites everywhere are bloviating on Zurvita under the guise of “independent” advice. Yet, without fail, all are Ameriplan representatives. Is it not about time that someone expose these frauds? Sure, if you want to say “my plan is better than your plan” fine. But to post on dummy “MLM Expert” websites that you have exhaustively researched Zurvita and come to the conclusion that there is no “there there” without disclosing you are currently representing Ameriplan…. well, that is just plain wrong!
Ameriplan is a great company. Zurvita is a great company. There is no “Ameriplan vs. Zurvita”. They don’t compete, except in the marketplace of signing up people who want to run a business. I supply websites, leads, tools and advice to both companies* (and Vemma, Limu, Monavie, etc.). So, it hurts me and it hurts the MLM industry in general when this childish behavior gets posted all over the net.
PS: and yes, I said COMPANIES. Not only do I deal with the people who sign up with these Zurvita and Ameriplan, I deal DIRECTLY with the principals of these companies. So enough, already!
